Intu Watford Trade Fair

On 4th and 5th February 2017 Baggle took part in the South West Hertfordshire Area Board Trade Fair at Intu Watford. This was our first trade fair that we attended so it allowed us to receive feedback directly from the public.

Overall, we sold 55 Baggles over these two days making a total revenue of £306. Moreover, on both days we faced a series of judges in which we pitched our product to and were questioned.

As a result, we received the Special Achievement Award for our use of social media as we had a Snapchat ‘Geofilter’ at the event on both days to make people aware of our location and promote our product. Additionally, we also won the Innovation and Creativity Award! We were thrilled with the outcome and took a lot of advice away from the event to improve from. Consequently, we focused on improving our trade stand appearance in order to entice more customers and broadening our product range.
